Your items will ship within two days of your order and could take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep.
2. What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days. Send us your proof of purchase, tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only possible prior to shipment. Be aware that sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation, so if you cancel your order but still receive the package, please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle, donate, or enjoy it!
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
5. Do you offer exchanges for damaged products?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if you didn’t get the product you expected or it was damaged by shipping, let us know by sending us proof of purchase and a pic, and we’ll get you a new one.
